- i can be more flexible with the idea you want in it

rules on animated pixel icon:
- 2-3 seconds at most, but can change depending on your idea
- dont ask for anything large, im not that verse in planning animations
- it will have to be a short loop
- BG will have be simple color/gradient
- can have small pixel art with it too

animated pixel art i'm willing to do will most likely take the longest to make, normal line art should be the shortest out of the options
