WARNING: DELAYED/ABANDONED/SUBJECT#'PROJECT'#-DETECTED

Well damn, this is one of 'those' pictures. I am almost ready to shade it to 100% and then I hit some bump and work cease to work on this completely.
This was back in february of 2017?! Stumbling onto this I felt that I should do something about it, since the lineart was completed and the first layer of shading was done.

One of the reasons I believe was the reason why was that I at the time tried drawing other styles of Rita, so this felt more and more alien to me. Dat snout...
Also, even though it was a fun experiment, the foot maaaay be just a tad bit too big.
Even then as now I still struggle with head sizes and eye sizes, although I believe it gives Rita further cuteness points. Dammit.

Also around the time I made this I made my Blacky the Eevee fanart with 'fading fur' around the chest and thigh regions which made this feel way more complicated than it needed to be.
Maybe that too was what stopped the work on this. Next time I will probably simplify Rita a bit more and use 'fading fur' to seperate her face/chest/stomach colour region from the rest of her body.
