This year for FurFright, their charity is for the War Dogs - dogs who were in service with Americans in the war, such as Vietnam, who helped the soldiers not only to protect them, but also were a friend when they had no one. Sadly, many of the dogs were left behind once the war was over, never to be seen or heard of again. One of the many forgotten heros.

They're having artists to help out by making war dog ACEOs (Art Cards Editions and Originals) by collecting the originals to sell as a complete set for raffle or auction, while prints will be made to sell at artists' tables at an affordable price, so that con-goers can try and "collect them all". All proceeds for the originals as well as the prints, will go towards creating a memorial for the war dogs.

This is the one I came up with - I figured it'd be neat to do a black artcard :) There are times when I surprise myself with "wow, this came out a lot nicer than I thought it would!"...this is one of those times! XD
