I dont find any flaws but nitpick on such a high niveau i am sure that i cant even do that anymore in the near future:
If the noodlydoodly stands still, the hair will surely have merely any motion - but if he moved, the hair, especially on the tail and end of tail would be not in such order. Again: This is nitpicking on highest niveau.
The Picture is worth every single penny. Quite funny that the watermark looks like the chi-power the kung fu trainee is summoning hehe.

to be Honest, I don't even know if he moves. But as far my research goes the movement of that is kinda to Focus and concentrate so it's slow and thoughtfully. but even then yes your right there would be more movement in the Hair :P
