As it's through PayPal, it will convert the currency for you, just rather than typing $5/$6.65 into the sending box, you put it in the 'they will receive' box which will be in £. It'll convert it for you then, It should come to about $6.65 but may vary a little due to the conversion rates
You can do anything you want with it really even alter the design :)
