You know, every time I start playing Night in the Woods I want to draw fanart of the characters. But is seems like it’s always either Mae or Bea. Probably because they are the two that are most fun to draw.
When I started drawing this, I had a simpler picture in mind. She was originally going to be sitting on the ground, albeit still pantsless with the bat acting as a censor. I really don’t know why I took the time to draw all the background of her room and the pants on the floor. That panties weren’t supposed to be around her paw originally either. Sometimes it’s like my hand has a mind of its own or something.
Anyway, as stated previously, I absolutely adore drawing Mae. Probably even more than Bea. She’s probably in my top 5 characters in terms of enjoyment to draw.
