Lady Velda rarely use her abilities unless her master order to, or she get caught up in a fight. Lady Velda not a big fan of fighting, but she can use her abilities to mess with other pokemon minds and have them do her bidden, even force them to harm other pokemon. Lady Velda is one of the few pokemon that can't be control by the dark stone, which she had no problem handling them, but that won't stop her from using it to control another pokemon, if she doesn't want to use her abilities that much. Lady Velda been serving Dexerious for century before Rebbecca started working for him. Whenever she is free from any task, she write poetry showing her passion to her master, hoping one day that he would love her back.
