Starship docks/breezeways are always windier thank you would think. All the pressure/atmospheric differences and the soaring architectural spaces, make for gusty disembarking. Sienna is all too used to this, often traveling due to her vocation int he Surrogacy Corps.; it looks as though she is currently contracted as well! However whether this is just the start of a larger brood, or a 'custom' order for a high rolling client is hard to say for sure.
