Proof I actually AM working on my the commision. This one's given me problems so it's taking me forever. I'm redoing the background AGAIN! which is why you don't see it here. I considered doing my usual of editing a photo for the background but due to liniar perspective, it's near impossible making it fit in.
I've redone the figure AND the organ AND the background each a good five times or more because I just wasn't happy with them. I'm sure I could have pulled them off so that others were happy with them, but I don't want to get paid for work I feel looks crappy.
Now, I must point out I'm a percussionist. I know NOTHING about pianos, organs or how they are played. When I was first given the specifics of this commision, I was completely clueless as to what the hell I was doing. The closest I've ever come was the xylophone. So if something is messed up, I'm so sorry, I'm trying my best.
So let me know what you think of it so far

Not hard. The hardest part is training your hands to go to the right drum quickly without hitting the rims (at least that was the hardest part for me) and teaching them to work in tandum with your feet. If you already play an instroment then you'll already be able to keep a good rythem and read the sheet music. It's the same notes (whole, half, quarter etc.) but without the scale.
I'm so out of practice and I hate it. I lost my set in a fire and can't afford to replace it. Gosh it's probably been 5 years since I've had the oppertunity to play.
