Jacqueline was a High-Class Commander who has the top position in her sector, and is known for her excessively high-brow and serious demeanor.She was an extremely hard working Dog who has little to no tolerance for failure and an even lower tolerance to her own General.
Jacqueline likes well-trained and competent Dogs to turn feebleminded and irrational, and at its worse, putting them on the same lowly level as Homeless Dogs.
Jacqueline utilizesed her sexuality and her position like a high class Commader to both train her subordinates and to manipulate her enemies. As an avid fan of history, she implicates many old-fashion techniques in educating her students and has military-influenced morals and values.

She eventually retired her position as she got older. She often is seen as a secretary.She comes across as the attractive schoolteacher that students have fantasies about, but would never have the chance to make reality.
