“So yeah…that's how I got like this…” the lugia ended, glancing away due to a further spell of embarrassment. “Wish I was back to being small again…”
The mew would put a hand to the underside of its chin, thinking for a moment on what it could do to aid the lugia. An idea came to its mind, jolting a bit before looking to the plump giant.
“I think I can help you with that.” the mew stated, righting itself in its position as the lugia looked to it, a small glimmer of hope in his eyes.
“You…you can?” he asked, the mew responding with a hearty nod.
“Yep. Just hold still for a sec…” trailing off, the mew would easily move over to the lugia's beak, lightly tapping it and let out a barely-audible 'boop', just as easily moving back to its previous spot. “…and there. Should easily work in a bit.”
“But…what did that d–?” the question started to arise from the lugia only to be cut off.
“I'dlovetostickaroundandanswerthatbutIgotthingstodo,BYE!” was rapidly spoken out from the mew, just as quickly vanishing in a light bright enough to make the lugia flinch and squeeze his eyes shut, slowly opening them when the light faded.
“Ugh, great…” a sigh of annoyance came out from the lugia as he looked down at his gut, lightly prodding it with a couple of digits from his wing-hand, a yawn slipping out. “Mmm…guess it's time for me to sleep again…” he stated after, shifting a bit in his spot to try and get as comfortable as he could. Much as he wanted to flop into the water since it would be easier on him, the last thing he wanted was to become akin to that of an upside-down buoy.

The waves lapped at the lugia's belly as he slumbered, nestled up against the rock while partially submerged in the water that came and went with each wave. He would eventually shift in his spot, starting to rouse from his sleep. A lengthy yawn would come from him as the lugia stretched, feeling the occasional pop from having to sleep upright for over a week now, a small yelp coming from him before a sigh of relief followed. After the stretch, he would open his eyes to fully work on waking up, taking a moment to process what he was seeing.
Water much closer to him, a rock that was larger than him, the buildings of the town looking further away…
Wait…
“Wh-what the…?!” the lugia cried out once he finally caught up, splashing water around when his wing-hands just about flew up from the water in his surprise.

Tool(s) used: Ragdoll Resizer (OLD), Model Manipulator, Advanced Bone Tool, Easy Bodygroup Tool.
Entity(ies) used: Expensive Light (New).
All visual effects are achieved with the use of the Super DoF(Depth of Field) and usage of Life Mod, which allows various color alterations, hues, and bloom effects to make for some truly spectacular shots.
Minor edits were made in GIMP, to change the positions of the eyes in frames one, four, and eight, with copious use of the blur tool to fix a number of dead pixels in frame six.
