The Splatoon OC of my brother. His mission: to become the world's number one bad guy. He pursues this under the idea that he can make the world he lives in a better place if he can forge a common enemy for everyone to direct their ire towards. So far his actions have only managed to make him more friends than enemies and put him through a number of unlikely misadventures.
