This one kind of started a while back... as part of an RP session, I was picking out a bikini for Jenora to use while basically showing off in front of a waterfront condo tower. So I picked a bikini that had a sea theme on the bottom, and a sky theme on the top. Among other things, there's a highway in British Columbia called the Sea to Sky Highway (part of Highway 99) that runs from the waterfront in Vancouver up to the mountains and ski slopes at Whistler.

So when  rjbartrop opened up 'Bikini Madness' theme commissions again, I thought of that. And while I'd originally thought of the idea with Jenora, I'd already had Jenora done in a bikini (see https://www.furaffinity.net/view/20589180/ for that); and besides, blue was really more Sara's colour. I think she looks good in it, and she looks like she doesn't care if you don't agree.
