I was on the sofa watching TV when I heard something like a crack, and then a huge chunk of the livingroom roof fell. It scared the shit out of me when it happened.

God damn, Close call at least your alright. I remember one of my mates sat down In school on the first day after the Summer holidays. Then BANG tile cracked him on his head and split In half. Luckily It was a heavy foam one

Well it looks like the insulation on a cold pipe came off and over time caused dew to drip, and slowly rot the ceiling tile
