Living and working as the owner, and sole employee, of a gas station just outside Nowhere, literally at the edge of Nowhere!
A stubborn, grumpy, near-hermit of a creature, but his business is successful, he handles people well, he just doesn't like them. His standard outfit is a mere cloak, along with a few accessories.
Indeed somehow he's got the look of Shirley, the Medium. Cartoon characters do. tend to wear outfits as if they can't separate parts.
His shock collar is connected to his phone, and the store's sensors, allowing him to be woken from his naps to serve customers. After all, the gas station is open 24/7/365. Closing means money lost. Apparently he'd literally rather be shocked than listen to ringtones.
