Between Rosemary's return and Timothy Soro's transformation into his super form Hypercore, he got himself exposed to a radioactive crystal during a mine collapse on his field trip, giving him the ability to transform anyone he chooses into their muscular selves. While many were unaware of Timothy's new form and too busy searching for him, he went back home only to find Rosemary who heard of the accident. Learning from Timothy's perspective, she sought to investigate strange crystals in the mine.

He has two forms, his typical superhero/villain form bears a pair of black pants with a blue belt buckle, a black undershirt, a belly burner belt, a wireless earphone on his right ear, an ID, a handkerchief, a strap for his barbell, a ninja mask, toeless socks, fingerless gloves packed with watches, and wristbands for his arms and tail, and his black hair is also turned blue. This form is most preferred when passing through doors. His weapon of choice is his laser-packed barbell.

His second, more powerful form grows up to 8 ft and bears a monstrous appearance with his abs positioned like a lizard's belly, his limb muscles pumped up, his veins and markings glowing cyan, and his hair and eyebrows spikier. His growth tears his undershirt and reduces his pants and socks into torn hems. His overgrown hair is exposed between his torn boxers and a snapped-open belly burner. A barbell strap is also extended. This form is used even in macro fights where his barbell is enlarged as well.

He bears a somewhat evil/mischievous demeanor (as he smiles or laughs evilly) and expresses his ambition to make everyone as healthy and strong as him with no expense of everyday lives and no intention of world or religious domination. He would try to convince his targets in a friendly way. While he can be forceful towards anyone even those who refuse to change their poor lifestyle, he is much like his normal self, he acknowledges his limits and is not willing to strip anyone away from muscle growth unless they make an understandable reason. However, he can drop his main demeanor with suspicion or hostility if he finds persistence from one who knows his weaknesses or chows him down with an incompatible lifestyle.

His weakness lies on his wireless earphone, formed by his music player and earphones. Breaking it prevents him from using his powers on anyone other than himself, but he still has powers to restore it, meaning he would not stop unless his laser-packed barbell sphere is broken and out of function, which would turn him to normal and neutralize all effects he bestowed upon, giving him a 30-minute cooldown. But his earphone and barbell are incredibly hard to break, so tricking him to do so is sometimes worth it. One main side-effect from his powers is that anyone afflicted with permanent changes remain unaffected, even if he turns back to normal.

Form Powers:
1. Muscle Manipulation: Timothy has the ability to increase or decrease muscle mass of himself or others, which affects damage and body armor but leaves speed unchanged. He can also prevent himself or others from being musclebound or strained.
2. High Jump, Flight and Hover: With three powers packed up, Timothy can jump high, fly or hover
3. Emotion Manipulation: He can fill himself or others with a sadistic enjoyment or pleasured wrath, but results in lack of remorse or guilt after experience
4. Size Manipulation: He can enlarge or shrink himself or others, mainly to prevent being musclebound or to lessen muscle mass
