I'm not sure if this Mnementh is anywhere near the size of the original Mnementh (as in the giant bronze dragon, Ramoth's mate, from Anne McCaffrey's "Pern" books) but keep in mind a strong body needs strong limbs. I'm not thinking of something ultra-massive, like the limbs of an elephant, but rather (for example) the very muscular, large legs of a T-rex. Or even the pillars of the Parthenon, for example, though of course that was just a building and not a creature.

In any event, you are improving :)

I think Nemmy is drawing Nemmy, not his namesake.
And I think he's smaller than the giant bronze, though I could be mistaken.
But you are essentially right, the legs need more mass.

Yep, he looks completely different than a Pern dragon. No knobs on the head, no compound eyes that swirl with various colors depending on the dragon's mood, no smooth hide . . . I figured this wasn't supposed to be a Pernese dragon.

Yeah it's a sketch of myself, not the Mnementh from Pern :) I first started joining online communities after reading the Pern books so I chose Mnementh as my handle cause I adored him and it's stuck with me ever since, lol. Though I am trying to get everyone to call me Nemmy now ^^

But yeah, thanks for the tips, I still got a lot of work to do with the legs ^^

You're making great strides, my friend! Drawing is so relaxing, isn't it? Just concentrate on making your lines flow evenly over the body contours and you will continue to improve. The horns look a little shaky but the form of the head and neck is good. :)
