I won a drawing from https://twitter.com/SentyEspeon by being one of his Patreons~ I couldn't decide what to do, and after some thinking, I thought making a Milotic would be fun! Went for an Arabian theme as well with the name and outfit, though it's surprisingly similar to another certain outfit from a popular game recently... Either way, lovely picture and I'm sure you'll be seeing more of him soon!
