It's been a while since I've done a RUdragon fan art thing, and most of the time, I end up drawing characters who I don't see often. Sooooooo...Hype was introduced last year, and I wanted to see more of 'em. I was tempted to throw in one of my characters, but I think the only time I would do that now days is either in an art trade, or if the other person ask me to.

So, something I had some trouble with was the water. So I looked at how Ru did water, which made me more stumped. So I ended up using a cloud effect, and it turned out ok...I think.
