This is within a fan-fic's timeline; nothing more, and nothing less.

Zapp is a fan-character, that I came up with; specifically, a human villager, that became a mayor, by accident...and it turned out, that he did an EXCELLENT job, at it! (And, while he was kind of a wild goofball, he was a real enthusiast, and that kind of led the village, into increasing it's population, and even expanding, on it's land; officially becoming a decent-sized city, within only a year!)
He had known Isabelle, for 6 years, and by then, what was once a village, became a good-sized city!
They were wed, at the beach, during 3:15 PM; (after dinner) while most of friends of theirs, were busy with other things, at the moment. (So, for that, Zapp & Isabelle decided to have their wedding cerimony recorded, for them to watch online, later.)
Digby was the best man, while the maid of honor, was Zapp's twin sister, Debrah. (Of whom ended up being Digby's fiance, anyway. They were going to be married, later.)
After a nice quick ceremony, Zapp & Isabelle decide to spend a short honeymoon, by a privately reserved area, at their city's beach...being newly weds. (After all; Isabelle had work, tomorrow, but since there were other staff members, that got hired at the city hall, Isabelle was okay, with this; even if it's a short one.)
