Is that is a normal rendition of a decedent? I don't recall seeing one like that before.
I Googled Master Bicknell and discovered some interesting facts. His father, the elder Ebenezer, was born in 1700 and outlived his son by eight years, passing on in 1778. The younger Bicknell passed away intestate; his probate records are on the web.
