EB-the-GAMER contacted me about trying out this idea. So this is totally an experiment, so we'll see what happens.
Any rate, he basically suggested Guest Dopts. A set of adoptables ... but made my guest artists.
- The big caveat would be each of these sets would be individually negotiated between me and guest, meaning that each of these would see different prices and offerings (to enable more flexibility)
- This variability in price/offering is mostly just going to be the result of getting a fair deal for the guest artist and working to maximize their artistic strengths.
If this works, we might see more of these. Or if you're interested in giving it a shot, let me know.

This set's inspired by EB's own story world and characters, the E-Demention. However, the usual "clean hands" licensing arrangement still stands, so you'll be able to insert the freely into your own cast/story.
While prices are the same as usual for this set, what will happen is I'll be providing a colored-bust portrait with the purchase of the minimum dopt ($30). higher purchases beyond that will remain the same.
So yeah, look through these and let me know if you're interested! (I'll post the usual rules below as a reminder)
- Omegan, "A tall, pretty, alcohol-intolerant alien that enjoys striped clothing and bellbottom jeans from earth. Her odd hair tentacle acts as both hand and mouth, which she uses as a feeler to scope out new aspects of her surroundings."
- Ruffle, "A shapely monster of the more feathery "Vamp" subfamily of vampire. Her sophisticated demeanor hides a self-conscious girl that hates her tendency to leave feathers everywhere she goes."
- Peune, "A lazy cricket Insectoid who leads a group of ants to do her bidding. Her athletic ability and desire to help is actually pretty impressive, in spite of being bored by her own effortless feats."
- Hsssh, "A living sensor that rolls around on a bubble-like ball filled with its concoctions. Don't underestimate it, on account of its foolish demeanor. Not only does it like blood, its tail can deliver a nasty snap."
- Mimemock, " A clownish monster that imitates the movements of others in a deliberate attempt to annoy. This end goal helps the creature to literally feed off negative emotion, which leads to more trouble than one would think."
- Thimblossem, "A tenacious, tricky flower demon capable of flight. Its true face is actually very cute. To hide this, the monster uses tendrils to manipulate a "Puppet" face to more easily scare its victims."

CONVENIENT REVIEW ON HOW THIS WORKS
PLEASE REVIEW AS I RUN DOPTS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT THAN OTHER ARTISTS
- these are bust previews, yay
- the transaction is clean hands, no fuss no muss, feel free to ask if you have further questions
- There are two pricing options ...
- $30 lands you the adoptable as is (full rights to character and etc)
- the preview drawing will be colored after purchase
- I'll be willing to give advice on how to mesh this with your other characters, but only after you do some legwork on implementing them into your cast
- $50 lands you the chibi and bust sketch preview together
- whatever component is missing from the set (bust sketch or chibi) to be done later
- $60 lands you the adoptable and you also get a full body drawing of the character
- again, the bust preview will be colored after purchase, as well as full rights and such
(note, this will be placed on the following schedule --> fav.me/da5v3im )
- $80 lands you all 3: chibi, bust sketch, and full body
- IF, by chance, someone else adopts the adoptable you wanted you can get a SIMILAR one for $30
- to clarify further, the new character will be a new character, but with enough changes to be a new character (i.e. Ryu and Ken are similar)
- do note this is a courtesy offer as sets sometimes sell out on day 1, please be respectful
- One other footnote: if you want a character "but with some changes" I would count that as a similar dopt
- ALSO, Patrons have first dibs during the first day (that is, until I wake up the day after posting)
- everyone else can place second dibs VIA NOTE, and will be rewarded the character if no patrons claim them
- Please don't passive aggressively say "I SURE HOPE NOBODY ADOPTS THIS CHARACTER" in the comment section
