ahahaha I can't draw butts or boobs
or faces
or humans
Updated reference for my oldest and most cherished character.
In human form, she likes having her anthro ears or tail, but she can have more humanish ears. Guidelines for these are that the tips are pointed.
Piercings: Two bars in her left eyebrow, one industrial bar in her right ear, one lip ring, right side.
Gods, this girl has gone through so much shit. I haven't changed her story much over the past ten years (well, okay, she's radically different from the first idea, but after changing that, she hasn't changed much). All I've really done was stretch out ages to make her story more believable.
I'll eventually put up the outline of her life story, convoluted and fucked as it is, but the easiest thing to say is that she is an assassin and has been since her early twenties (which is considered barely more than a child in Were society despite being physically grown).
SPECIES
Nonhumans in her world can't really hide themselves from humans, excepting true shapeshifters, because their sclera are all colored. True shapeshifters can change the color of their eyes to make them appear human. Because human society is biased against nonhumans, there are very few jobs available to them in the human world; usually these are dangerous or menial tasks which the humans would rather not waste time or risk their lives on. However, mercenary and assassin jobs are usually readily available to nonhumans, as their abilities and skills make them valuable assets to the various merc factions littered throughout the world.
Feral werecats are werecats descended from a demon line, from the time when the various were clans fought each other and humans constantly. Some werecats made deals with daemons for their abilities, which were passed down the bloodlines (Sira- Fire manipulation). They became clan guardians, using their elemental abilities to protect their clanmates from humans when the threat from them became enough for all species of were to call for peace. After a few centuries though, the ferals went from being celebrated protectors and guardians to outcasts in most clans. Though her father was an exception, due to an inability to control her powers early in life, Sira was an outcast in her clan, and ran away when she was in her early twenties.
Sira's powers manifest as fire conjuring and manipulation. The fire she summons will seem to "breathe" as she does, and its intensity matches the level of energy she has as time goes on or the strength of her emotions. She can only use her fire powers in the Feral form, though her temperature rises noticeably when her temper flares in her human/neko or anthro forms. Additionally, in human/neko and anthro shape, her eyes will flicker orange when she's annoyed or angered. Other emotions will simply lighten or darken the blue.
CAREER
Sira's first and only job is working for the Crimson Blades. Her contract, being a blood-oath, cannot be broken. While her bosses show some tolerance for each time she "runs away" or otherwise goes off the radar for some length of time, she is always expected to answer and complete contracts she is assigned regardless of desire for personal space, or current mental health.
As for what the contracts entail, that depends. Usual assignments are assassinations, but Sira has spent time as a personal body guard, spy, mercenary, and thief. Though she is required to give a portion of her pay to the Blades, she has a $3000 "hazard" fee that she keeps herself, and tacks onto her usual asking price for any contract that could result in personal injury. By the time she hits age 58, she is one of the highest-paid members of the Blades. By 120, she and Nakavi are tied for highest and most sought-after assassins, and even giving the Blades 25% of her base price for each contract, she still sits pretty comfortable with a six-figure average yearly income.
SCARS
Most of her scars are self-inflicted; those on her arms and legs. Though were-creatures have a remarkable ability to heal (small cuts will heal in minutes, broken bones in a week or two. They cannot heal wounds to the heart or brain, though), repeated trauma will induce scarring.
Age 35 - The "BITCH" scar and whip scars on her back are due to being a prisoner of war for two years, captured during a skirmish with a rival mercenary group. The word was carved every few days until her body could no longer heal the tissue, and the whippings were every week-- more often if she fought or pissed her captors off.
Age 107 - The wound to her neck is from when her mentor, a vampire, went rogue. Had another member of the company (a shapeshifter named Nakavi, who was her other mentor and assigned partner) not pulled him off of Sira, she would have died.
I think that's the important shit... eh if I forget anything I'll update this later.
