When it comes to sharks it's a well known fact they like water and getting soaked in the rain, and Fish is no different. whether it reminds him of being in the ocean or simply just the feeling of having the rain fall down onto him when Fish meets water it's always a good thing.
And to be fair i do this in the real world alot, you just gotta love the feeling of rain and the atmosphere that comes with it so to you fellow sharks and rain lovers i dedicate this pic to you, just a happy Fish enjoying the rain ;P
