Tsukasa arrives in the World of Televi-Kun, a version of reality based on the popular children's magazine TV-Kun ruled by Dai-Shocker's Televi Bae-Kun of Destron.

It takes the form of a Choose Your Own Adventure story, where the viewer chooses how to progress through the DVD, much like the Kiva DVD. The backdrop for the World of Televi-Kun depicts a cover of an issue of TV-Kun magazine.
