well it's a fanart of the white wolf's game "vampire the masquerade" it's a role-playing game, i play with malkavians from the beginning, about 5-6 yeras ago, so it was time to do a tribute, it's a painted sketch =D , like the book says every malkavin is insane so my character got schizophrenia and he can see a lot of crazy things but there are two ilusions that he always see it's the two guys in the background and they always play the angel and devil's game telling him what to do or not, also malkavians consider this madness as a gift x3
