This is Experiment Number 3 or E.N.III sometimes just called Eniii (pronounced Inny) she was created by the Orion Corporation (or the Osker Research Institution of Odology and Nanotech Corporation). Her genetics have been modified turning her into a goo being. As such she can shift her goo around to change her appearance and temporarily solidify it.
