This is Experiment Number 4 or E.N.IV sometimes just called Evil she was created by the Orion Corporation (or the Osker Research Institution of Odology and Nanotech Corporation). She was genetically modified for increased regeneration, but then they continued to experiment. They tortured her to see what sort of limit the body and mind truely have when it comes to pain. Some of the torture included skinning her face/head, and attaching body parts (like the wings) to see how the regeneration would take. As such she suffers from more than a little insanity at this point.
