This is Experiment Number 5 or E.N.V sometimes just called Env (pronounced Envy) she was created by the Orion Corporation (or the Osker Research Institution of Odology and Nanotech Corporation). The modifications done to her genetics allow her to ingest a person's DNA which then causes her body to undergo spontaneous evolutionary mutation as she takes on some physical trait from the person. The amount of DNA that she imbibes determines how long this mutation remains.

Made with a base from waitress with edits and coloring done by colleen mae. This was actually the first one I thought of and designed and thus she is the one that started this whole series of experiments. (The reason she's not ENI then is because I wanted her to be Envy when I first thought her up.)
