Brief History:
This is Sterlyn Hildd, a stoat/ermine/short-tailed weasel that enjoys the simple things in life -- like Tommy guns and racing cars. Yes, simple things like shooting her Tommy (lovingly nicknamed "Richie") whilst driving at top speed through the streets of upper Arizona and blackmailing other members of the mob. Who does she like to blackmail most? Eldaroy, the fennec/swift fox, whose darkest secrets of treachery have been discovered by the sneaky weasel. Oh, no, she doesn't have any plans of telling the Boss or any others within the mob -- as long as he doesn't screw with her, then she won't do much more than play mind games with him, getting what she wants when she wants it (though it's not like she makes him her servant, just she gets her way and he helps her to do it). She loves doing that will all the members she has dirt on, but Roy's case is a bit more special.
Sterlyn doesn't complain if she doesn't get what she wants, she just drives it off in her car since if Jericho (the captain of the crew she's in) or Foshog (the Boss of the mob) don't want her to have her way, she can't do anything about it. She doesn't really have many that completely trust her in the Mob, especially since they know she knows dirt on almost all of them and just might use it to her advantage one day. Despite that, she does have an associate that she feels she can trust -- Rush, the errand-running roadrunner. Since there are few females within the Mob, she views the roadrunner as someone 'on her side' much more than any of the males, and doesn't dig up dirt on her because of it (though of course, she does have some dirt, just likely not dirt-nap quality). Danny (the Domestic kitten that Foshog watches over) is another female in the Mob, albeit a much younger Member, who she can tolerate fairly well. At first, she wasn't excited to be the main "babysitter" for the kid, but eventually, she grew more attached to the kitten and is a lot like an older sister to her now. Sterlyn otherwise hates Domestics since she hates being looked down upon -- and that's all Domestics do (at least in her view).
This she-stoat also has another key skill besides skilled driving and blackmail -- she is a 'perfect' forger. She can copy and write in anyone's writing style just by seeing a few letters from it; in fact, it's almost second-nature to her. This gal's many skills have earned her high rank (almost second to the captain), all of which are hard-worked and used on a daily basis (especially the driving--she loves driving erratically just for fun, then speeding off before the cops notice). However, she is a bit at risk of exposing the Mob at certain times, especially when driving as mentioned (though she usually does her 'crazed' driving at midnight or later so none will be on the roads and less police are roaming), but during the winter is also another time in which she has problems staying hidden. Since her fur naturally changes to a winter coat during colder months, her bright white coloration does become a problem, and thus she usually stays away from the action until her summer pelt returns (as she certainly doesn't want to dye her fur like some Domestic). During the winter, she is bitter like the cold -- though unfortunately for her, it's not really 'cold' in the southwest and doesn't snow but very rarely. Despite that, she has fiery spirit in other seasons and enjoys her life of crime -- probably a bit too much.
