This week’s nominee from Orange has been one of Orange’s Bright Spots in what has been a lackluster season for the Reigning Premiers. After kicking 7 Goals, Having 20 Disposals and taking 12 Marks in the 52 point loss to Hobart, There was only one player who could be the nominee for Round 8, It is of course Orange Forward, Liam King.

From Hobart, Tasmania. Liam King was always underestimated because of his short stature and unassuming appearance but Liam King has silenced his doubters every step of the way. While Liam has struggled with long distance kicks during his career, He has been very good with kicking at a short to mid-range distance and has been the replacement to Rupert Meerrat the team has needed and will likely be a vital part of the Miners for years to come.

We wish Liam good luck for the rest of the season.
