all of the above except distribution. i have to order them from japan online, but since it's from the distributor that also means they're rarely if ever out of the colour i need.
they blend almost as good as copics, and they're cheaper than both prismas and copics even after shipping (if you buy enough at a time, anyway) and the colour selection just seems a lot...broader.
