Misty is the daughter of Queen Villa, leader of the planet Spectrus. While Villa is more stubborn, hateful, and sadistic, Misty is accepting, open minded, and kind hearted. Villa wants full control over Spectrus to fool everyone into her villainous beliefs, anyone who steps out, she considers flawed.

Misty on the other hand, isn't afraid to step up against her. Although Villa is powerful, and resourceful, Misty still stands her group and speaks up whenever Villa tries something that threatens the peace in Spectrus. Misty uses the power of Prism matter (Spectrus's lifeblood) to create, and fight against Villa and those who do her bidding. Misty is able to use this ability to influence living things for good, however this only works on those who aren't so determined with they're beliefs, which makes fighting Villa a real challenge, even for someone like Misty.

Misty wears streetwear to avoid being recognized by Villa as her daughter, so she can't harm her while they are together. If Villa finds out that Misty is routing against her, she'll be able to get rid of her, and Misty wouldn't be able to influence the law in Spectrus, making Villa nearly unstoppable.

Also, the giant shadow creature in the background is the Perfectionist, an evil demonic god that I mentioned who wants to take over Spectrus with the help of Villa, hence her evil acts. As long as people stay silent, and trapped in fear, Villa will allow the Perfectionist to destroy Spectrus's way of life.
