Happy pride month! <3 Be you, be proud!

- Asexual; a person who has no sexual feelings or desires (though, that's not to say it's not uncommon to have desires on some degree - it depends on the person! I personally have a few desires and guilty pleasures, but IRL I'm not sexually interested in anything - and when it is, it's on a very demisexual and immensely deep connective relationship with someone).
- Pansexual; not limited in sexual choice with regard to biological sex, gender, or gender identity. I personally put this out there because even though I'm not into men IRL, I do have anime-husbands I'm quite fond of, and I find myself attracted to people regardless of gender identity or sexuality in a NON-ROMANTIC/NON-SEXUAL way. I'm a very platonic person! I also put this here because I'm a huge supernatural/monster/tentacle lover. And they don't always have a gender even though they might appear to be one thing or the other!
- Lesbian; I'm only attracted (sexually and otherwise) to women IRL. Supernatural inhuman monsters and anime boys aside, if we're talking real people, I only like girls, haha.

Most people don't know that about me - I only recently started identifying as ace;
I didn't know about it, but then a friend told me what it was when I was struggling with my sexuality.
It really clicked with me and I didn't feel broken anymore, and I'm proud to say I'm ace! : )

It's a very touchy topic! I'm from the south, so it's a hit or a miss if someone will accept me.
I don't typically wag it in people's faces, but I am proud privately about myself (for my safety).
I identified as Pan before I identified as a Lesbian. Not to say I don't find some guys attractive - but it's not a physical compulsion.
It's usually just because we have a lot in common and I'm not uncomfortable talking to them! I am a very mentally stimulated person.
So I often find comfort in my head - typically with my monsters/demon bois. Which, they're not real - and they're inhuman. :P But IRL, I have MANNNNNY a girl crushes.
There's just not much in an already small pond. And I live in the middle of nowhere!
I think my greatest fear is having to marry someone I don't live simply because there's no other option than being alone. (Like in ye olden days? jfc)
Or having a platonic relationship. Somedays I'm okay with being alone and content with just friendships. Othertimes, I just feel such a deep void. @-@
I hope to find a lovely wife one day. For now, I'll just enjoy my headcanons and headspaces. They're a lovely coping mechanism for a lonely soul like me. <3

Definitely don't rush into things, you'll end up unhappier than just plain ol' being alone. At least I know I would. It can be hard sometimes dealing with the idea of being alone.
