last year i drew my dinosona in trans flag colors, so this year i drew my pronghorn fursogna in the same duds :0c
this flag is one of my faves, i love soft pastel baby colors and i love the simplicity and inclusivity of the trans flag. im proud to be someone who carries it
hope everyone has a safe lgbt pride month this year ✌️

I'm more the in ya face lsd colors kinda guy, but your pronghorn boy wears these pastels very well!
You draw the bestest littles hoofers and best intersection between a cute snout and a true animalistic snout. Also, the fingers are very cleverly designed ... I mayyyy borrow that idea some day if you don't mind?

HEH i like bright snappy colors too.... im constantly between my love for neons and pastels
but thank you!!! tbh i feel like ungulate snouts are underutilized in the fandom, theres lots of fun to be had with designing unique characters around the features of hoofed animals! and yea go for it!!! i dont think im the only one whos drawn hoofed fingers this way, but itd totally be neat to see even more!

You're so right about the snouts and having fun designing them so uniquely ... but at the same time it's so dang hard! (For me at least, hah.)
And well, maybe not the only one, but I see a lot of either plain hooves or (maybe the most common thing?) differently colored fingers ... which always struck me as odd. And I have this deer guy who should have limbs with some uhh... dexterity and fine motor skills and so far I've drawn human-looking hands for that, but maybe your solution would suit him better. I'll give it a try, so thanks for that!

hey tbh i feel that... i think part of the fun for me at least is the challenge that comes with drawing ungulates and other herbivores!! they arent like us or canines and felines, their eyes are on the sides of their heads which makes for a really strange profile. i admire those who choose to tackle the challenge however successful it is haha
i always liked a sort of claw-hoof hybrid look with the hands, or having the nails be more human-like but colored like their hooves (i have my character dag who is like that). but it was never really fun for me to have like, plain looking fingers that just sort of have a faded color to them? that looks funny to me haha
another thing ive found is looking at reconstruction of prehistoric horses and other ungulates! like the super super ancient horse ancestors who had paw-like feet with hooves. i like to see where i can push those into working like human hands
