He's slightly younger than Beint (early 20's) and is a mixed werebeing.
Most werebeings meld with their inner beast(s) and thus gain the ability to constantly be partial shifted (like you see on many of my OCs)!
Liam is training here to work on his upper body since he was long seen as a runner. But he wants to bulk up a bit to match his family. :)
