Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to and accepting my Terms of Service.
I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
I have the right to cancel any commission and provide a refund.

I will NOT draw any NSFW of any kind

Payment, Refunds, Edits:

1) Payment must be sent first to claim a commission slot.
I will start on a sketch before I work fully. I will not continue working on your artwork until I receive full payment for the piece.
If afraid of being scammed you can send the payment after I finished the piece. But I will not upload it until payment Is recieved.

2) The commission will be non-refundable once you accept a sketch of it, but you can ask to make edits until the final piece.
If the commission is already finished and you want any major edits you will be charged extra.

Posting and Other Rights:

1) The commissioner may post the final commissioned artwork on whatever site they like with proper crediting.
2) The commissioner may use the commissioned artwork to credit t-shirts, print outs, etc for PERSONAL use only.
3) Keep it non-commercial. You are not permitted to charge a fee of any kind from users and/or visitors to my work, unless approved by me.
