First art of an old character Dungeons and Dragons character! He is a descendant of a group of humans who had been enslaved by Mind Flayers and experimented on. His people were freed, but now they look like this. Despite his monstrous appearance he's a boisterous good-natured guy.
The character in D&D was created using feats from the "Lords of Madness" 3.5 sourcebook. This allows your character to take on aspects of aberrations to show their tainted bloodline.
