The Nergyl S'ik doesn't show up in the Biridlium Nipto (the Nergyl's Bible) until about halfway through the 2nd Nergyl war (4th phase), it's a master of penetration (make all the jokes you want, FA) and infiltration (see last parantheses), and uses a small spike which can be fatal if injected into a vein.
