The Sersta system (where Umbras come from) has much hotter climate than our Solar system. It can be quite a shock going from the suffocating deserts of Makasta to the snowy landscapes of Canada.
It's always a fun experience watching an Umbra react to snow for the first time. Make sure they don't see you laughing at them tho, Umbras are touchy by nature, in all senses of the word.
