This is the second thing I've made in culinary. Spaghetti with a homemade sauce.
Pasta cook as instructed by the box.
5-6 cut up tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 thing of fresh basil
1 teaspoon kosher salt (, or to taste)
First you'll take your chopped up tomatoes along with your basil (if you're using fresh like I did), throw those into a blender, allowing them to blend, but only add a little at a time. Once that's done take your favorite pot pour in your sauce mixture, adding in kosher salt, onion, bay leaves, and other seasoning you want. Turn the stove on medium high heat allowing this to come to a boil and then lower the heat allowing the sauce to simmer for 1 hour to 1 1/2,
Chef's Tip: For a challenge try making your pasta from scratch.
