kikatsu it's Dead Weight, the superpowered alter-ego of Jude!
His moveset is... interesting, to say the least. His name is derived from his ability to stash and swipe extra poundage from a pocket dimension, to apply to himself (for extra heft or extra maneuverability) or to others (because everyone looks better fatter). He can also poke and prod at people's hidden pressure points to alter their behavior, like making them more gluttonous or more dimwitted. Pretty useless at long range, but a beast up close.
