This is just a concept I sketched up the other day. She does have dragon wings, but... I didn't want to erase the cape or hair to put it in. I also feel like I made her skinnier and younger than she actually is. Plus, the bangs are way too poofy. But this is generally one of the ideas I came up with for her design.
