you discription of it was so complicated so i decided to make it so the labs were all in the sublevels
btw what do you keep on the forth floor?

4th is a extreme growth genetics. in there we look for the genes involved with how a creature grows and tweaks them. hehehhe

5th lvl is pretty much all the sub-levels above in one area just more fancy and shiny equipment then what the assistants have up above.

oh thats right...durrrrr

well to make it simple each lvl under ground is more advanced then the one above it
1st lvl is the potions division
2nd is the machines division
3rd is the executive lounge
4th and final lvl is as i said all the levels above just more advanced and super fancy for the big wig people.
