Actually it's not quite the same thing.

Basic concept, a blade powered by force of will..

But Zucca's is more utilitarian in that it's not fixed on that position, doesn't crap out on occasion and also doubling as a focus tool for his psionics in general, whereas the Protoss device is only a weapon.

Besides, I came up with the concept before I even heard of Starcraft, so, meh!
