A strictly land based species, they have both fluffy, insulating fur and thick scales on their extremities. Strictly bipedal, they can walk with either a horizontal or an upright stance, due to a more advanced hip socket than an a regular dinosaur (although they still possess the longer bones for tail-muscle attachment).
