Another pic drawn by my friend RockyGems on DA. This one is of an elderly Shenzi and her granddaughter Asante. Asante's mother was Shenzi's daughter, while her father was a rouge. Her grandfather maybe Banzai. I say maybe because unless the original hyena trio appear in the Lion Guard, that bit is up in the air. But ideally Shenzi's mate is Banzai. Asante's mother died when she was young, and her father wasn't around to raise her. So Grandma Shenzi did all the raising and is training her to take her place as matriarch.
