Alas, maybe it's because she's new and doesn't have the kind of personality anyone can really latch on to.

Maybe, I also think it has something to do with Silvia being a fat cat lady, I doubt many people care about Silvia's personality, which is why I designed Busty the way she is to hopefully attract more on lookers.
