Looks quite cool, overall.
The little trigger is an appreciated detail.
However: The flames kind of look out of place in terms of style, as well as placement.
The style simple is qutie different from your clean style of the weapon. In those other cases it looked more conistent to the rest of the wapon

But here: less so.
And the placement: All elements are not sharing a single pixel with the blade.
In case of water: One might just assume to not see any wetness near the edge, so it doesn't look quite off, especially since its a thin layer, anyway. So thats fine.
In case of lightning: It has mroe volume, and some strikes over and behind the blade would give it more depth, but depending on the design of the mechanism, a purely "out to the sides" lightning still can look legit. So mostly a matter of taste.
Fire: It looks disconnected. The flame would need some width where they start from, and depending on that they have different shapes/proportions. But here I see rather high flames on a assumingly extreme thin bladeedge. The flames should look that they stem from a thin edge, too. Or let them start over a bigger surface area of the blade. Or make clearer that this side of the blade has a broad edge. However,t his all depends on the ideas of the comissioner, though.
