Again, the position of the arms would be very straining, if not impossible. A box-tie-form would be more wearable.

The position of the arms is slightly unrealistic... a box-position with parallel lower arms would be more suitable - but the 'armless' shilouette wouldn't be possible then... so: artistic freedom.

I've seen photos of people with their arms in a position like this . You can search for " reverse prayer position " , there are some photos on DA . It must be really bad for their shoulders though .

XD , maybe so . Everyone can practice their flexibility but some people can move in ways others find impossible regardless of training .
